Winter Series: Secrets of the SCUD

Streaks of light against a haunting green sky. These are the images we remember of the SCUD missile from Operation Desert Storm. Developed by the Soviet Union, paraded through Red Square, and deployed against US forces in the Middle East the SCUD remains an icon of the Cold War and beyond. Join FHC Maintenance Staff as they discuss, demonstrate, and walk visitors through the operations of our R-11M, aka the SCUD. This is a unique opportunity to experience one of the only operable SCUD missile launchers on the continent.
